As more firms discover benefits of e-commerce and the use of Internet, power begins to shift towards buyers. Thus the first step of the tour and travel companies was to create awareness and develop websites to access a wider audience. |

Tourism evaluation meet for Mwanza this month |

The performance of the tourism sector for the last ten years will come under evaluation at a three-day major stakeholders’ meeting to be held in Mwanza from the 20th of this month.
Sources within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism said that the meeting would bring together government officials, dealers in the sector, as well as key stakeholders. |
