As you know, The Citizen wishes to increase the coverage of ICT and related issues in its excellent newspaper. To this end, Constantine Sebastian of the Citizen, and I, are requesting potential contributors to submit their names, person profiles and areas of expertise, so that we can prepare a database of writers to regularly write short, analytical and interesting articles on ICT in Tanzania.
