The report shares findings on their behaviour as consumers and their purchasing power which suggests opportunities for market based approaches to better meet their needs, increase their productivity and incomes, and empower their entry into the formal economy. The report includes chapters on markets on - health, information and communications, transportation, housing, energy, food and the financial services.
