THE government has said it will ensure that all councils in the country use an electronic system in collecting revenue by 2015. Speaking with journalists in Dar es salaam on Thursday, the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office (Regional Administration and Local Government), Ms Hawa Ghasia, said the main intention of introducing the system was to prevent misuse of public funds by public servants. |
